As a Passenger Service Agent, you will join the front office team of our Passenger Service Department, and will be responsible for handling flight reservations of the Greek and English speaking markets or ferry reservations in of the Greek market.You will be responsible for providing guidance and assistance to our customers via phone or face to face in any inquiries they might have regarding their reservation. The right candidate should be able to ensure that all of our customers will have a pleasant and smooth booking experience.
- Handling inbound calls concerning flight or ferry tickets in Greek & English language.
- Processing online reservations, issuing tickets.
- Handling booking changes and cancellations.
